Important Notes

  1. Processing Time: This is the time we take to prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) will be processed the next business day.
  2. Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the package to be delivered to your address once it has been shipped. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.
  3. Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
